Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Best for when you need your gear quickly
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Great for non-urgent orders

Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our summit to reach. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Base Layers (worn next to skin)
  • Beanies & Balaclavas
  • Buffs & Neckwear
  • Camp Bathroom accessories
  • Any items showing signs of use or missing original packaging

The Return Process

Returning gear should be as straightforward as following a well-marked trail:

  1. Initiate Your Return within 15 days of delivery by emailing our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Complete the Return Form (template provided below) and include it with your package.
  3. Package Securely – Use the original packaging if possible, ensuring all items are protected for their return journey.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account (usually 5-10 business days).
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns:

  • Follow the return process above, clearly indicating you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement item.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item via your preferred shipping method.
  • If the exchange item costs more, we’ll contact you for payment of the difference before shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items
