Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to meet your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Best for when you need your gear quickly
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Great for non-urgent orders
Note: We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our summit to reach. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Base Layers (worn next to skin)
- Beanies & Balaclavas
- Buffs & Neckwear
- Camp Bathroom accessories
- Any items showing signs of use or missing original packaging
The Return Process
Returning gear should be as straightforward as following a well-marked trail:

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account (usually 5-10 business days).
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of standard shipping for the replacement item.
Exchange Process
Need a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns:

- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item via your preferred shipping method.
- If the exchange item costs more, we’ll contact you for payment of the difference before shipping.
